TSF Law Advises KJTS Group Berhad on RM10.1 Million Acquisition of iHandal Holdings
TSF Law acted as legal advisor to KJTS Group Berhad in connection with its strategic acquisition of a majority stake in iHandal Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
KJTS Group Berhad, through its wholly-owned subsidiary KJ Technical Services Sdn. Bhd. (“KJTS”), has entered into a share sale and purchase agreement to acquire 70.67% equity interest in iHandal Holdings Sdn. Bhd.. Upon completion, iHandal Holdings will become an indirect subsidiary of KJTS Group Berhad.
iHandal Holdings and its group of subsidiaries are a specialist engineering group focused on heat recovery and energy efficiency solutions. The acquisition is expected to complement KJTS’ core cooling energy management and building support services, create more cross-selling opportunities across customer bases and enhance KJTS’ ability to deliver end-to-end thermal energy efficiency solutions.
The TSF Law team was led by Partners David Lim and Athira Fatima, with key support from Associate Shiao Pei, and advised KJTS on all legal aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence and negotiation of the transaction documents.
