- Assisted in advising a Germany-based renewable energy company as Malaysian local counsel in connection with its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, including advising on Malaysian legal and regulatory matters and conducting legal due diligence.
- Assisted in advising on the listing of a Malaysian sushi restaurant chain on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, including legal due diligence, Malaysian regulatory and compliance matters.
