Jam Management is the company behind the multi‑channel network and content‑to‑commerce brand Jam (果醬), founded by Cherine Fong, Jane Chuck and Han Pin Ma.

TSF Law’s corporate team provided comprehensive legal advisory services to Jam Management throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence support and negotiation of the transaction documents.
