TSF Law Advises Gobi Partners on Strategic Investment in NanoSkunkWorkX
TSF Law has advised Gobi Partners on its investment in Malaysian deep tech innovator NanoSkunkWorkX.
TSF Law acted as legal counsel to Gobi Partners in connection with its investment in NanoSkunkWorkX (nSWX), a Malaysian deep tech company developing scalable graphene‑based systems with applications across green hydrogen, semiconductors and diagnostics. The investment was made through the Gobi Dana Impak Ventures (GDIV) Fund, in line with Khazanah Nasional Berhad’s Malaysia Investment strategy.
TSF Law supported Gobi Partners on all legal aspects of the transaction, including conducting due diligence and advising on key investment documentation.
The TSF Law team was led by Partners David Lim and Athira Fatima, with support from Associates Lee Xuan and Nicole Yong, advising on investment structuring, due diligence and documentation.
