TSF Law advises KJTS Group Berhad on RM12.99 Million Facility Management Services Contract

TSF Law acted as legal advisor to KJTS Group Berhad in connection with its strategic facility management services agreement with M East Sdn Bhd

KJTS Group Berhad’s wholly owned subsidiary, KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, will deliver a comprehensive suite of facility management services at Marlborough College Malaysia in Johor, including engineering support, janitorial operations and pest control services. The contract, valued at approximately RM12.99 million, commenced on 1 July 2025 for a three-year term.

The transaction is expected to contribute positively to KJTS’ earnings and further strengthen the group’s recurring revenue base, underscoring KJTS’ established position in providing integrated facility management solutions within the education and institutional sector.

The TSF Law team was led by Athira Fatima with key support from associate Lee Xuan Ong, and advised KJTS on all legal aspects of the transaction.
