TSF Law Advises Kairous Capital on US$5 Million Investment in Mantayay Global

TSF Law has advised regional venture capital firm Kairous Capital on its investment in Mantayay Global Holdings Pte. Ltd.,  marking Mantayay’s first institutional fundraising round.

TSF Law acted as lead counsel to Kairous Capital on its US$5 million investment in Mantayay Global. The investment will support Mantayay Global’s expansion across Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia, strengthen its creator network, and enhance its AI-enabled content and commerce infrastructure.

TSF Law’s corporate team provided full legal advisory services throughout the transaction, including due diligence and negotiation of transaction agreements.
