Nicole is an Associate at TSF. Her main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, licensing and regulatory advisory, and a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.
Nicole also has experience in banking and finance, having worked on acquisition financing, intercompany loans, and the review of financing and security documents.
She has advised both foreign and domestic multinational corporations, including high-growth startups, across diverse sectors such as nanotechnology, logistics, human capital solutions, and digital assets. Her experience encompasses joint ventures, venture capital fundraising, and strategic acquisitions.
WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- Advised Kairous Capital on its strategic investment in Mantayay Global Holdings Pte. Ltd., representing Mantayay’s first institutional fundraising round, with a total transaction value of approximately US$5 million.
- Advised a global semiconductor manufacturer on the establishment of a EUR 200 million multi-currency revolving credit facility to support its capital expenditure and general corporate needs across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advised Amazon Papyrus Chemicals Limited as the local counsel on its acquisition of 100% of the issued shares in I-Chem Solution Sdn. Bhd. with a total transaction value of approximately MYR 20 million.
